The 3.14-kilometre stretch of Bengaluru's Namma Metro Green Line from Nagasandra to Madavara, which provides access to the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), will open for commercial operations on Thursday, November 7. This new extension is expected to improve connectivity and reduce traffic congestion along Tumkur Road. It is part of Phase-2 of the Metro project, following a lengthy approval process.
