The Mumbai Metro Red Line connects the western suburbs through an elevated rapid transit corridor, running from Dahisar East to Gundavali (Andheri East) and further extending toward MiraβBhayandar. Spanning roughly 35 km, the Red Line offers a smooth, air-conditioned, and time-saving commute across some of the cityβs busiest routes. Once fully operational, it will cut the travel time between Dahisar and Andheri to around 20β25 minutes, providing a fast, reliable, and congestion-free travel option for daily commuters.
Patna Metro completed its first trial run on the elevated track from Patna Depot to Bhootnath Metro Station, covering 4.5 km through ISBT, Zero Mile, and Bhootnath stations. The fitness trial was conducted at low speed for safety.
